Refund Policy (No Returns)
At GoHealthyUAE, we do not accept returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@gohealthyuae.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
If the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale, including but not limited to:
- Supplements, food, and consumable products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to damage or error on our part:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval
- Banks or card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at sales@gohealthyuae.com.
